Account Deletion

In order to delete your Sortical account and all associated data, please send us a request from the email you used to register on the app at [email protected].

When you request account deletion:

• All personal data (e.g., name, email, preferences) will be permanently deleted.
• App usage data, history, and saved settings will also be removed.
• Data will be deleted within 30 days of the request.

Some data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes, including but not limited to:

• Transaction history (if applicable)
• Consent records (e.g., for GDPR/CCPA compliance)

This data is kept for a maximum of 90 days, unless otherwise required by law.
