1. Introduction
The SORTICAL application is provided by the sole trader under the distinctive title ERTIOS, registered under the laws of Greece [Tax ID (VAT) number (EL) 161181641], with its registered address at 58 Amerikanon Kyriοn Street, Nikaia Piraeus, 18450 Greece (member of Chamber of Crafts οf Piraeus), [email protected], who acts as the supplier (trader) of the services provided through the app.
You may only use the SORTICAL application if you have received a copy from your device’s applicable app store, if available, depending on your device type and under these Terms of Service together with the terms and conditions of the relevant App Store Provider. Please read these terms of Service carefully.
2. Definitions
Application or SORTICAL (Service): The SORTICAL Application, including its web-based Services and any other online interface or platform through which the Services are made available.
User: The person that legally obtains a Licence to use the Application.
Ertios Account: The unified account created by the User, which grants access to all applications and services provided or operated by the Trader, where cross-platform authentication is supported.
Trader: The sole trader under the business name ERTIOS, acting - including through the relevant merchant of record which acts as the Trader’s authorised agent and marketplace service provider - for purposes relating to his trade or business in connection with contracts concluded with the User.
Licence: The right to use a copy of the Application that you have legally received via the relevant app store.
Consumer: Any natural person who is acting for purposes which are outside his/her trade, business, craft or profession.
SORTICAL Agreement: Your agreement with the Trader for the use of the Services.
Terms of Service or Terms of Use or Terms: These Terms of Use.
Digital Services or Services: The services provided by the Trader to the Users, who conclude a contract with the Trader to use the Application.
Free Services: The Services provided by the Trader to all Users.
Premium Services: The Services provided by the Trader only to Users who have purchased a Subscription Plan.
Subscription or Subscription Fee: The amount of money paid by the User to use Premium Services.
Subscription Plan or Plan: The period during which you can use the Premium Services, by paying a Subscription.
3. Scope
These Terms of Use apply to all Users who are granted a license to use the Application, bind the Users and govern their activities while using it. The Terms together with the Privacy Policy, define the framework for the operation of the Application, setting out the rights and obligations of both the Users and the Trader. Throughout these Terms, the words “you”, “your”, “his” or “her”, as well as any use of the second person plural or third person singular, refer to the Users who access and use the Services. The use of the first-person plural refers to the actions of the Trader. Unless otherwise stated, the singular includes the plural and vice versa, and references to one gender include all genders.
4. Description of the Services
The Application allows Users who manage multiple projects of different types, such as professional, academic, or personal, to organize their tasks, obligations, and pending issues, monitor project implementation, set goals, and improve their own and/or their team’s efficiency.
The Application facilitates collaboration by allowing Users to share tasks or entire projects with other Users so that they can jointly manage projects, monitor the progress of tasks and ensure the smooth and timely completion of shared projects.
On the Application you can use the Services provided to Users who legally receive a copy of the Application and a license to use it. SORTICAL Services are provided in a digital application environment for Android. The Users download the Application from their device’s applicable app store, if available, depending on their device type. To access and use the Application, Users must first complete the registration process and create an Ertios Account.
The Digital Services are made available to Users, under these Terms & Conditions. Some Services are provided free of charge to all Users, while Premium Services are available exclusively to Users who purchase a Subscription Plan. The Trader may offer Users a free trial period for Premium Services. Upon the expiration of the trial period, Users may continue to access Premium Services by purchasing a recurring Subscription Plan through in-app purchases using the billing system of the relevant App Store. In app-purchases made through the Application are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable App Store Provider. The Trader reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to discontinue or change the duration of any trial period for Premium Services. Following successful completion of the Subscription payment process, Users shall be granted full and immediate access to Premium Services.
The Services are provided to the Users with the specifications and the restrictions determined by the Trader, which reserves the right to modify the framework of provision of the Application Services, subject only to the prior updating of these Terms of Use and without prejudice of any contract concluded.
5. Provision of Services via app store
The application is distributed via the relevant app store. The relevant App Store Provider acts as the agent/ marketplace service provider of the Trader, facilitating the User’s access to the application and the payment process (in app purchases - subscriptions).
While the relevant merchant of record processes the payments and appears as the merchant of record for billing purposes, the Trader remains the contracting party with the User for the provision of the Services.
6. Account creation
In order to access the Services, you must create an Ertios Account. To register, you may either connect with your account on a third-party service or directly with a verified email account and a password of your choice. By creating an Ertios Account, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. For information about the processing of your data in the context of creating an Ertios Account, as well as for deleting your account and the personal data you have shared on the Platform, please read the Privacy Policy.
The account established by the User within the Application – Ertios Account – shall further entitle the User to authenticate and gain access to any other application or service operated by the Trader, insofar as such cross-service authentication is supported and enabled by the Trader.
7. SORTICAL Agreement
The Terms of Use, together with the Application’s Privacy Policy, constitute your entire agreement with the Trader governing the use of the Application and the Services. By purchasing a Subscription Plan, you agree that you are also bound by the applicable terms and conditions . The agreement with the Trader shall be concluded in the English language. The Trader shall supply Consumers with Digital Services that conform with the SORTICAL Agreement.
8. Subscription Fees & Charges
The Digital Services are provided to Users for a Subscription Fee paid in advance. Following the payment of your Subscription, you are granted direct access to Premium Services. Each Subscription Plan is valid for the duration of the paid term selected (e.g. annual, quarterly, or monthly). Your Subscription Plan will automatically renew provided that a valid payment method with sufficient balance remains active on your account with the relevant app store. You authorize the relevant merchant of record, acting as the authorized reseller and payment agent of the Trader, and any other affiliated third-party payment processors, to charge the applicable Subscription Fee on a recurring basis to the payment method associated with your account with the relevant app store, until you cancel your Subscription. You can cancel your Subscription Plan, and the cancellation will be effective from the start of the next payment period. In this case you will still have access to Premium Services until the end (expiry) of the period you have paid for. Upon expiration of your Subscription Plan, you may pay the Subscription Fee to renew your Plan and continue accessing the Premium Services, or you may continue using only the Free Services of the Application.
The Trader reserves the right to determine, modify, or amend the Subscription Fees at any time, at its sole discretion. Any such modifications shall not affect Subscription Plans that have already been paid for and remain active for the duration of their respective subscription period. If you do not wish to accept any new charge, you may cancel your Subscription Plan before the new charges take effect.
The Subscription Fee is due and payable regardless of whether you make use of the Services, of the results obtained through their use, or of your satisfaction with their quality, without prejudice to Consumers’ Rights, including the right of withdrawal.
The use of the Application requires internet access, as the Services are provided online. In order to use the Application, make sure your device is connected to the internet and that you have granted SORTICAL the necessary permissions. You are solely responsible for maintaining internet access, and you are fully charged with any costs or fees by your internet or access service providers in connection with downloading, transmitting, or using data through the Application and the Services.
9. Right of Withdrawal
If you qualify as a Consumer under applicable law, then you may have the right to withdraw from the SORTICAL Agreement with the Trader within 14 days, without giving any reason; but you do not have the right of withdrawal after the service has been fully performed by the Trader. The right of withdrawal may also be available under the law of your country of habitual residence. In such case, you may exercise it in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions set forth by the relevant merchant of record. Should the Consumer exercise the right of withdrawal repeatedly, the Trader reserves the right to decline any subsequent request for withdrawal on the grounds of abuse of consumer rights.
10. Payments & Refunds
You are required to provide valid, current, accurate, complete and accepted billing information to purchase or renew your Subscription Plan through the billing system of the relevant App Store.
The security of your transactions is ensured by independent payment service providers, which are neither controlled nor audited by the Trader. The Trader does not warrant the security of payment transactions handled by such providers and shall not be held liable for any payment error, failure, or delay, or for any loss or damage arising from the inability or delay of a payment provider to complete your transaction.
The Trader is not responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use of your credit/ debit card (or other electronic means of payment). The person who illegally used your card bears responsibility towards you for any damage caused to you.
Your Subscription Plan is automatically renewed at the end of its validity period. Unless you cancel your Subscription Plan before the renewal date, you agree to pay the Subscription Fee for the next billing period, without the need for your prior approval for the renewal charge, and you authorize the relevant payment service provider to charge you the applicable Subscription Fee.
If you decline the renewal payment or fail to complete the transaction on the renewal date, your Subscription Plan shall automatically terminate, and you will lose access to Premium Services.
You can manage your Subscription Plan from the online interface of your Ertios Account with relevant app store. You may get a refund according to the relevant merchant of record refund policy. You may be informed about refunds here.
11. Access to/ Use of the Application
Access to and use of the Application by the User, are governed by these Terms of Use. The Terms of Use apply to the use of the Application and the Services.
By downloading, installing, accessing and/or using the Application and the Services, each User expressly and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use and any additional terms made available within the Application, including the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and forms part of the SORTICAL Agreement.
What applies for the Terms of Use also applies for any other term that meets the requirements of law and may be found inside the Application. Your unconditional acceptance of the Terms of Use is required for accessing and using the Application.
Please, read the Terms of Use carefully before you proceed to any action, interaction, access, transaction or use of the Application, and comply therewith. In case you disagree with the Terms of Use, you must immediately cease any use of the Application.
To use the Services and validly conclude a contract with the Trader, the User must be an adult according to the laws of their country of residence. The Trader reserves the right to suspend or terminate the access of any User who is found to be a minor or otherwise lacks legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Users may access and use their new account after confirming their access to the email address they provided during the registration process. Accordingly, the person who has access to the email address declared during User registration shall be deemed by the Trader to be the person who created the User account on SORTICAL.
Users must not disclose their login credentials for the Application to any third party and must keep them strictly confidential. Users are strongly advised to notify the Trader immediately in the event of any unauthorized access or use of their login credentials, or in case of loss, disclosure, or theft of such credentials by a third party. Upon receiving such notification, the Trader will take reasonable steps to assist the User in restoring access, resetting login details, and protecting the User’s account and personal data.
When using the Application, the User is required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information as requested. The Trader assumes that the individual entering personal data into the Application is the person to whom such data relates. The Trader cannot and is not obliged to verify the identity of the person entering the data and therefore bears no responsibility for the unintentional or intentional submission of false/ inaccurate information by the User. The User entering the data is solely responsible for any false, misleading, and/or unlawful entry, both towards the Trader and towards any third party to whom the personal data relates (the “data subject”). The Trader further assumes that the registration of a business within the Application is carried out by its legal representative or by an employee duly authorized to do so. Any action taken by a person managing a business account within the Application shall be deemed to bind the legal entity associated with that User account in its entirety.
Users are required not to post on the Application/ Trader’s social media accounts such as Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. any content that is illegal, unfair, undue, slandering and/or false, threatening, deceitful, coercive, abusive, provocative, insulting, obscene, vulgar, sulfurous, pornographic, or racist. The published content is also prohibited to incite crimes, to constitute by itself or its publication a criminal offence, to be discriminatory, to violate any kind of confidentiality, to infringe constitutional rights and to be contrary to the law in general. Users are also prohibited from sharing advertisements of any form and content, contests, links to other websites, personal data of third parties (simple or special categories thereof) without their consent, confidential information about the Trader or its partners, “spam messages”, chain letters, “pirate” or other malicious software, works and data protected by the law of Intellectual and Industrial Property.
Users are strictly prohibited from interfering in the form, operation, Services, content, databases and any other information that constitutes this Application, by using any software, either malicious or not, process, either electronic or not, by sending harmful files such as viruses, spam messages, DDOS attacks etc. which may affect, harm, suspend, terminate and, generally, obstruct the Application’s smooth operation or prevent Users from logging in, access and use of the Application, and endanger the provision of Services offered thereby. The Trader reserves the right to seek compensation for any damages incurred thereto by misconducts as the aforementioned and any liable person’s prosecution.
Users acknowledge and agree that by granting access and modification rights to other Users with respect to the content they have published within the Application, the other Users will be able to make changes to, delete, grant access to, copy, and share such content with third parties, and generally manage it according to the scope of the rights granted to them.
Users must not try to bypass any technical and organizational or security measures that the Trader has taken to ensure the Application’s safety using bots or other malicious software.
Users are required to abstain from any acts of defamation of the Trader/ Application. Where the possibility of review is provided (social media etc.) the User must publish an objective review as required by good faith and good morals.
If any applicable legislation requires you to comply with specific conditions or obligations for the use of the Application, you are solely and fully responsible for such compliance. If you are unable or unwilling to do so, please refrain from using the Application.
Any additional rights that may be granted to you under applicable legislation shall only apply if they are consistent with the operation of the Application as defined by the Trader. Otherwise, you must immediately cease using the Application and the Services.
12. Amendments to the Terms of Use
The Trader reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at its free will and unilaterally, without prior notice. Posting any new term, or any modification or annulment of any existing term on the Application alone is enough to put it in effect for the future, without prejudice to any rights Users may already have by law or the SORTICAL Agreement or a contract with the relevant merchant of record. Users must check periodically whether the Terms of Use have been modified. You can check if there are changes to these terms by reviewing the date of the last update (Current version). Posting any new Terms of Use on the Application fulfils the requirements of informing you of any changes. Any continued use of this Application after publication of new/ modified terms, presupposes and confirms that you have read and agreed to be bound by the Terms of Use, as in force, with the above indicatively described additions, modifications, interventions and annulments that may have been applied by the Trader.
13. Breach of the Terms of Use
All the Terms of Use are essential. Any breach of these Terms by the User may incur penalties according to the applicable law and the User’s obligation to remedy any direct or incidental damage of the Trader or any third party, that they may suffer due to the User’s illegal and/or adverse to the Terms of Use conduct. In case of any breach of the Terms of Use, the Trader may ban the User from accessing the Application, delete the User’s information posted in this Application, with no prior notice and exercise all rights provided by law. Failure or neglect by the Trader to enforce at any time any of the provisions of the Terms or the law, shall not be construed nor shall be deemed to be a waiver of its rights nor in any way affect the validity of the whole or any part of the Terms of Use and it does not affect the Trader’ right to take subsequent action.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Trader shall not be held liable for any loss of money/ profits/ reputation/ clientele, damage, expense, missed appointments, delays due to traffic or other circumstances, missed business or personal opportunities, accidents, injuries and health issues, or any other direct or indirect consequence or damage to the User or a third party arising from or in connection with the use of the Application, including but not limited to the organization, planning, or execution of the User’s projects, tasks, or activities through the Application. The Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the management of their schedule, projects, and related actions, and that the application serves solely as an organizational tool without providing any guarantee of performance, outcome, or safety.
The Trader may publish beta versions of the Application, new options and features that are still under analysis and processing, in order to improve their operation, collecting data on the functionality of the Application, the performance and security of the software, the Users’ experience as well as their comments, remarks and suggestions. The User acknowledges that the beta versions of the Application may not offer the same level of functionality and interoperability and security and accepts that he/she will receive, install and use them at his/her sole responsibility and risk, and the Trader is exempted from any liability for any damage to the User or a third party from the use of the beta versions of the Application.
The Trader diligently checks all information posted on the Application. However, due to human errors or network/system malfunctions, the correct provision of information to Users cannot be guaranteed. Users are advised to notify the Trader immediately via email at [email protected] if they notice any incorrect information. This will allow for prompt correction and clarification, ensuring the most efficient provision of our Services.
The Trader has no general obligation to monitor the information which is transmitted or stored on the Application by the Users, nor actively to seek facts or circumstances indicating illegal activity. Under the provisions of law, the Trader is exempted from any liability for any content posted in the Application by the Users.
The Application operates 24/7. The Trader reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the operation of the Application and/or the Services, either for you or for all Users, due to maintenance, improvements, updates, commercial policy, force majeure etc., at any time and with no prior notice, without prejudice to any rights/ obligations Users and third parties may have under the law or the SORTICAL Agreement.
The Trader constantly enhances the security level of the Application, using programs against viruses and malicious software. Users are recommended to use software for protection from computer viruses, spyware, malware, ransomware, DDoS Attacks etc. while using the Services. The Trader shall not be liable for any damage to the User’s hardware, software and/or data, as well as for any other damage incurred to Users or third parties by the aforementioned risks.
The Trader is not responsible for the content of any external websites, apps, or services to which Users are directed via links, banners, or frames within the Application. The Trader shall not be liable for any damage incurred to Users by their visiting to such websites/ apps, as well as for any damage caused by risks appearing in online systems of payment services providers (banks etc.), entities advertised in this Application, affiliates, or other collaborating companies and app stores, even if Users are referred to said websites/ apps etc. by links, banners and frames on the Application. The Trader does not endorse these websites’/ apps’ content and services and is not responsible for any damage or losses sustained by you or any harm caused to you by these websites/ apps/ services. Liability and accuracy of the content/ information, users’ safety/ privacy and protection of their personal data and the quality of services provided is born solely by owners, managers and beneficiaries of said websites/ apps/ services, which Users visit at their own risk.
The posting of any material by the User on the Application grants the Trader a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, host, display, reproduce, classify, transmit, and otherwise use such material within the electronic environment of the Application. This includes the right to keep backup copies on the Trader’s servers, to make the material accessible through the Application, to create links to and from it, and to manage it commercially, solely within the framework of the Application’s operation and for the purpose of providing its Services. By posting your material, you automatically acknowledge and accept the above rights of the Trader and grant the Trader an unlimited license, in terms of time and territory, to use the information you post on the Application, for which you are not entitled to any remuneration.
The Trader bears no responsibility for the loss of any data hosted on the Application’s server. Each User has the sole responsibility for keeping a backup copy of the information he/she inserts on the Application.
The Trader does not promise that the use of the Application/ the Services will result in the complete coverage of the User’s needs and is not responsible in any way or to anyone for the effectiveness of the Application.
The Trader provides the Application “as is” and as “available” with its specifications and limitations set by the Trader. The Trader does not provide any kind of warranty about accuracy, functionality, durability, reliability, compatibility, quality, security and resistance to attacks and does not bear any responsibility for permanent or temporary malfunctions.
To the extent permitted by law, the Trader shall not be liable under any circumstances, towards the User or any third party, for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, positive damage or loss of income including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, from the use of the Application or from any use of the Services. In any case, the Trader’s maximum liability to the User for damages arising from the use of the application and caused by the fault of the Trader, its employees, or subcontractors, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the Subscription period during which the damage occurred.
Any statements, representations, reports, or warranties made by the Trader within the Application, other than those expressly included in these Terms and Policies, shall not be binding on the Trader and shall not constitute any contractual obligation on its part, unless such statements form part of a separate written agreement with the User, in which case they shall apply solely under the terms of that agreement.
No third party, whether natural or legal person, other than the Trader and the User, shall have the right to enforce or seek the application of these Terms of Use. The publication of these Terms of Use as well as their content shall not create or extend any liability of the Trader regarding the operation of the Application.
15. Force majeure
The Trader shall not be liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its contractual obligations if this delay or failure is due to incidents of force majeure. Cases of force majeure constitute incidents such as: social unrest, revolution, armed conflict, war, nuclear explosion or contamination, famine, earthquake, fire, accidents, flood, epidemic, pandemic, extreme weather phenomena and natural disasters, strikes, state restrictions, interruptions or malfunctions of electricity or telecommunications or of the online payments/ hosting or internet service provider, cyber-attacks, theft, robbery and/or vandalism to the Trader’s computer systems/ networks, terrorist attacks, ransomware, hardware/ software errors and problems etc. Users agree that the Trader bears no liability for any damages or losses incurred to them due to incidents of force majeure.
16. Copyright
The Trader retains all intellectual and industrial property rights associated with the Application. The Application’s content, distinctive features, design, graphics, source and object code, and its compilation as a whole – including its protected status as a database and as an original work – are fully protected under all applicable laws, including copyright, industrial property, and unfair competition provisions.
Infringement of the intellectual property rights of the Trader or any third party will subject the responsible User to applicable civil, administrative, and criminal penalties. The User will be further obligated to indemnify the Trader or the third party for all resulting damage or losses. In cases of infringement, the Trader reserves the right to immediately ban the User from the Application and pursue all available legal remedies.
17. Licence
This Application is licensed and not sold. By accepting these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy you are granted by the Trader, as the end user, a license to use the Application and the Services. If you do not accept the Terms of Use, you have no right to use the Application and the Services. When you download the Application, you must accept the Terms of Use to be granted by the Trader a license to use the Application. With this license assignment, you acquire a personal, limited and non-exclusive right to use the Application. You cannot assign, lease, transfer or grant to a third party this right. You do not acquire the Application, but only the right to use a copy of it, in accordance with the applicable legislation. You may use the Application as provided by the Trader and only under the options and restrictions set by the Trader (As is and as available).
Therefore, you do not have the right to reverse analyze or reverse compile the Application, i.e. to analyze it to derive its structure and mode of operation, bypassing in any way the limitations of the Application, intervene with the source code of the Application, copy, publish, distribute, lease, exploit, lend, sell, transfer, license the use of the Application and any other action that exceeds the license to use it, that you are granted.
The resale or sublicense of the Application is strictly forbidden, as this right is reserved exclusively for the Trader. Users are liable for any damage caused to the Trader or a third party resulting from conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law. In the event of such abuse, the Trader reserves the right to immediately cancel the User’s Subscription Plan, suspend access to the Application, and take any appropriate legal action.
18. Governing Law - Dispute Resolution
The SORTICAL Agreement is governed by and interpreted following the laws of the Hellenic Republic. However, European residents - Consumers also possess the protection provided by the mandatory law of their country of residence. The applicable law governs the Trader’s activity and the Users’ actions.
In the event that the law applicable to a particular user imposes conditions, restrictions, or protective provisions that are incompatible with the operation of the Application, such User shall refrain from using the Application. Use of the Application shall be permitted only insofar as the User is legally entitled to, and does in fact, waive such protective provisions. Continued use of the Platform shall be deemed to constitute an implicit waiver of any such protections, to the extent that such waiver is permissible under the applicable law.
Additional rights granted to the user under any applicable law shall apply only to the extent that they are compatible with the operation of the Application as determined by the Trader. Should any such rights be inconsistent with the manner in which the Application and the Services operate, the user is required to immediately cease all use of the Application and the Services.
In disputes arising from the use of the Application and the Services, the laws of the Hellenic Republic including the European Regulations apply. Any dispute between the Trader and the Users or third parties arising from the use of the Application shall be resolved through friendly negotiations between them and/or through mediation, within a period of one (1) month from the date of the dispute. If this is not possible, the Hellenic Courts shall have jurisdiction and the Courts of Athens shall have local jurisdiction. For any dispute that arises regarding the use of the Application, we are willing to listen and resolve any problem immediately, respecting your rights.
Furthermore, if the dispute is not resolved, Consumers residing in the European Union are offered the option of alternative dispute resolution through the Independent Authority “Consumer Ombudsman” (http://www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr/).

19. Severability
In the event that any or any part of the Terms of Use shall be determined by any competent authority to be invalid, void, illegal or contrary to accepted commercial practice, this does not affect the validity of the remaining terms and does not imply the invalidity of your agreement with the Trader. Such term shall be severed from the remaining Terms, and the other Terms remain valid and in force and will be interpreted in accordance with the entire spirit of the agreement, including the invalid term. The invalidity of any part of the agreement shall render the entire agreement invalid if it is inferred that it would not have been concluded without the invalid part.
20. Feedback
We aim for the continuous improvement of the Application. We encourage Users to send us their suggestions and comments on the operation of the Application. You grant the Trader the right to use in any way the comments, reviews, evaluations, ratings, prompts, suggestions, recommendations, complaints, ideas, opinions, reports (Feedback) that you send us (e-mail) or post on our page on the relevant app store or on SORTICAL’s social media accounts, or via the Application’s contact form or otherwise share with the Trader. The Trader shall have the right to display the above material on its websites or in brochures and posters to showcase the reliability/ quality of the Application and to process the material for the purpose of improving the Application. By submitting ideas, suggestions, or feedback regarding the Application or the Services, you grant the Trader a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, and fully transferable license to use, modify, reproduce, and implement such feedback for any purpose, without any obligation to compensate you. You acknowledge that the Trader shall own all rights in any improvements, features, or products developed based on such Feedback, and you shall not acquire any rights in them. Any republication, by the Trader, of the above content will comply with the provisions of the law on the protection of the User’s personal data. This term does not constitute an obligation for the Trader to act according to your Feedback.

The headings included in these Terms of Use are for your convenience only and do not limit, alter or affect in any way the actual meaning of the Terms of Use, nor are they taken into account in the interpretation of the Terms of Use.
22. Code of Conduct
The Trader applies the Consumer Code of Conduct for E-Commerce (Government Gazette B΄ 969/22.03.2017 - www.et.gr) to contracts with Consumers (B2C).

25. System Requirements
For the use of the Application, a device (tablet, mobile phone), which has the appropriate operating system (Android) is needed.
The Trader shall not be held responsible for any inability or difficulty on your part to access the Application or to properly display its content, as long as the Digital Services are in conformity with the SORTICAL Agreement. The purchase, possession, supply, maintenance, and repair of your device remain your sole responsibility.
The Trader does not provide any guarantee of compatibility and smooth operation of the Application and does not provide the User with any kind of hardware.

26. Current version
The Trader updates the Terms of Use, to comply to any changes in the operation of the Application and/or the law. The last update of the Terms of Use took place on 14/11/2025.
